Reconfigured sky channels Great customer service, ian was in area when I called him , 30mins later he was at the door and completed the repair there and then. Extremely impressed with his diagnostic knowledge and expertise, which led to issue being dealt with within minutes.

Satellite dish installed and connected. We needed a satellite installed, for our broadband connection. DVI came quickly, advised on the best location for the satellite dish and the most effective route for the associated cabling. They then carried out the installation and cabling work quickly, tidily and efficiently. Having done that, they stayed to ensure that everything worked properly before they left us (which it did). Great job.

Wall mounted TV, hidden wires and complete new aerial My Auntie wanted a smart tv fitting on her chimney breast but didnt want to see the cables.. up steps Jon! He surpassed our expectations to such a high standard. Unfortunately we also required a new aerial and coax due to water dripping down the inside of the cable and thinking this would cost mega money was quickly reassured it wouldnt and that he could complete the following day. Fixing an issue with sky on one of our TV’s Very professional and efficient. Certainly know their stuff and great to deal with. Just make sure you make them a good cup of coffee!
