Fitted new aerial and booster Came really quickly to test poor signal and picture quality, diagnosed new aerial and booster required and fitted in the next 30 minutes. We now have a better TV picture than we have ever had.

Installed sky I thought John and Ian were very professional , I would highly recommend them, they were very efficient and had the job done in know time at all, I have had sky Engineers here and they were unable to do the job I needed correctly! So would be very pleased to recommend DVI , also John and Ian were very nice gentlemen! Very helpful, and explained everything I needed to know.

Satellite dish installed and connected. We needed a satellite installed, for our broadband connection. DVI came quickly, advised on the best location for the satellite dish and the most effective route for the associated cabling. They then carried out the installation and cabling work quickly, tidily and efficiently. Having done that, they stayed to ensure that everything worked properly before they left us (which it did). Great job.

Reconfigured sky channels Great customer service, ian was in area when I called him , 30mins later he was at the door and completed the repair there and then. Extremely impressed with his diagnostic knowledge and expertise, which led to issue being dealt with within minutes.

Restore DVB signal throughout the house We lost TV signal throughout the house, and on looking outside, it was clear that the cable had come out of the back of the aerial on the roof (it had only been fitted by another installer a few years ago). Ian went up on the roof (clearing the gutters of debris on his way up there!) and re-installed the cable. There was still no signal due to a poorly installed connector on the wire outside, and further problems with the back of the master socket. I thought it would be a simple job, but it was way more complex. Ian was fantastic and explained stuff as he worked through it. Very impressed.
